Kevlar Fiber panel (rigid panel) made of K220T2 twill 2x2 fiber with P150 filler fabric encased with 481 epoxy resin.

Mechanical Properties of Kevlar Fiber used for the panel

Tensile Strength(MPa): 3014
Tensile Modulus(GPa): 105
Elongation at break(%): 2.7

Every panel is vacuum infuced to achieve its final characteristics with the correct amount of epoxy resin, making the panel ultra-strong and lightweight!!!

Both sides of the kevlar fiber panel have an excellent gloss finish!
